Let me start off by stating this: DHG Cognitive Therapy was developed to provide "lay psycho-therapy" (on an academic level), promote personal healthcare, wellness support, and advocacy for individuals (mind, body and soul), so as to induce a productive healthy lifestyle, AND to help you to be able to maintain it!
Do you wonder how it is that I believe that I can assist you?
I'm a Clinical Psychology Major; as well, embarking upon Biblical/Leadership Studies at Moody University, a Certified Peer Specialist; a Whole Health & Wellness Coach, Physical Fitness Instructor [Hip-Hop 'Ercizin with Queen Chyna West], and additionally - I'm WHAM [Whole Health Action Management] Certified, as well as, being Trauma-Informed.
Here's a cute little anecdote: Everyone always asks me what does I.T.E. stand for? Well, ITE simply means: "I am The Experience!" So, in other words, I've experienced a plethora of traumatic events early-on in my short life..., I've also endured great pain, and hardship as an adult, however, now that I know what the "face of recovery" looks like - I'm blessed to able to assist you on your healing journey!
